NEW TAKE
The sixth hole is the hardest on the course from the white or yellow tees. The green is hidden when you are on the tee because the fairway bends gently to the right. It is quite a carry to the fairway from the white tees and there are trees and out of bounds all the way down the right-hand side. The tee shot should be aimed up the left of the fairway to avoid trouble, but you will still need a long iron or fairway wood to reach the green in regulation. Be aware of a hollow before the green that gathers any short shots. The green is generous and quite flat, sloping gently from left to right.
